The Company’s President Gordon L. Brooks Jr.
Mr. Brooks brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the security, military,and law enforcement industries. He has an extensive background in law enforcement. He is a decorated U.S. Air Force – Security Forces / Military Police Specialist - (Service Disable Veteran), Mr. Brooks also provided Security for President George Bush & Air Force One! He is a former Police Officer – Fresno Police Department – California; and a former Sergeant with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Prisons at the Walls Unit for death row inmates.
Mr. Brooks started his career and founded USES – US Extradition Service in 2006, as the premier leader in Extradition of Fugitives for law enforcement agencies nationwide. In 2012, Mr. Brooks changed his business model to government security and founded Guard Force International Inc. from 2012 to 2023.
In October of 2023, He founded and now is the President of Veterans Tactical Solutions – VTS Security which is based and formed in Miami, Florida with office in Texas & California. Mr. Brooks’s experience allows for understanding of our client’s mission and real-world needs and implementing TEAMS to complete assessments and meet the needs to produce high quality dedicated service to all agencies in contract with Veterans Tactical Solutions – VTS Security. Building from that base Mr. Brooks has brought together a TEAM of Operational Security Contracting Leaders with a proven history of producing results for clients without fail.
This TEAM of leaders has developed the Core of Veterans Tactical Solutions – VTS Security. This core TEAM is moving forward under Mr. Brooks’ guidance to raise the bar in the industry by providing customized designed security solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs -Security Mission needs. This TEAM has actively produced results for clients and continues to become a leader in the operational security industry.
Executive Vice President Lee Parker
Mr. Parker comes to Veterans Tactical Solutions with an extensive amount of Security & Law Enforcement expertise. Mr. Parker served as the Chief Operating Officer for Guard Forces/Guard Force Inc for the past 11 years. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) his position maintains a critical role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic growth of GFS/GFI. As the COO, Mr. Parker was also responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of security services to clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Mr. Parker‘s brings exceptional leadership abilities, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the security industry.
Previously Mr. Parker was the Operations Manager for US Extradition Service for 6 years. in that capacity he was responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the company. Planned, supervised, coordinated, and reviewed operations procedures, logistics, special projects, and personnel. Directly or through subordinate staff; interview applicants, review and or make decisions on employment and other personnel actions for the company. Mr. Parker supervised a staff of 50 plus administrative assistants, field agents, and marketing division.
Prior to working for US Extradition Service, he was the Senior Operations Manager of security in the private sector. Mr.Parker oversaw all aspects of operations and coordinated to ensure compliance and productivity. He has supervised subordinate security officers nationwide with security operations and conducted training missions. Combining his extradition, business and civilian security With his vast background and experience in Executive Management , he is a great asset to Veterans Tactical Solutions.
